This hybrid commercial and technical role combines account management, project implementation, technical consulting, and customer support responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to customers while driving business growth, ensuring successful product implementation, and delivering high‑quality technical support. /p pThe STAS will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, Training, and customer stakeholders across the region, supporting both existing and new business opportunities within the bFrench speaking territories (Western Switzerland) and German speaking areas of Bern – Basel – Solothurn /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories. /li liDrive equipment sales in both existing and competitor accounts. /li liPrepare sales forecasts, commercial offers, and contract renewals. /li liSupport implementation of new customer accounts and onboarding activities. /li liAct as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. /li liConduct technical reviews and workflow analyses at customer sites. /li liSupport equipment and software upgrades. /li liCollect, analyze, and report customer data at country and sector level. /li liAssist Sales Executives with presentations, business analysis, and portfolio expansion activities. /li /ul h3Technical Customer Support /h3 ul liProvide technical troubleshooting and operational support to customers. /li liDeliver high‑level technical and clinical discussions with customers. /li liEnsure excellent customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem‑solving. /li liSupport hotline coverage and field‑based customer assistance as required. /li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liLead and coordinate projects implemented at customer sites. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines. /li liEnsure effective communication between internal stakeholders and customer teams. /li liParticipate in new product launches and implementation activities. /li liManage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. /li /ul h3Training Documentation /h3 ul liSupport preparation, translation, and verification of technical and commercial documentation. /li liMaintain accurate records and inventory documentation. /li /ul h3Compliance Quality /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, GMP, ISO regulations, and applicable certification requirements. /li liAdhere to all organizational protocols and policies. /li /ul h3Personal Development /h3 ul liContinuously develop professional competencies in project management and technical expertise. /li /ul h3Work Interactions /h3 ul liReports to the Sales Manager Czech Republic, Slovakia and Switzerland. /li liCollaborates regularly with local and EMEA Service Training teams. /li liWorks closely with Sales and Marketing departments. /li liMaintains frequent communication with customers and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or certification in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. /li liBiomedical Scientist experience. /li liImmunohematology education basics. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li1–2 years of experience in diagnostics customer service, technical support, applications, or a related field. /li liExperience in sales support and customer account management preferred. /li liStrong understanding of diagnostic products and laboratory workflows. /li liStrong sales and negotiation skills. /li liExcellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. /li liDemonstrated project management capabilities. /li liStrong organizational and documentation skills. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liHigh level of customer focus and professionalism. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized systems. /li liKnowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English, French, and German. /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 ul liWillingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) and short‑notice assignments. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liCustomer Focus /li liFunctional Technical Expertise /li liDrive for Results /li liProblem Solving Analytical Thinking /li liCommunication Presentation Skills /li liProfessional Composure /li liSelf‑Awareness Continuous Improvement /li liAbility to Work Independently and Cross‑Functionally /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work in an international and innovative diagnostics environment. /li liExposure to cutting‑edge technologies and product launches. /li liProfessional growth and development opportunities. /li liDynamic field‑based role with regional and global collaboration. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
