- Shaping Grünenthal's sustainability reporting journey and driving transparency on topics that matter for patients, society, and the business.
- Leading the ongoing development of our ESG reporting framework in line with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Driving the Double Materiality Assessment process and helping translate sustainability priorities into meaningful business decisions.
- Building strong partnerships across functions to enhance ESG data quality, accountability, and reporting excellence.
- Orchestrating end-to-end reporting activities and collaborating with external auditors to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, empowering colleagues across the organization through guidance, knowledge sharing, and ESG expertise.
- What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have
- A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant Experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, governance, or a comparable field, combined with a genuine passion for driving positive impact.
- A solid understanding of non-financial reporting requirements and a curiosity to stay ahead of evolving regulatory developments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex topics.
- An analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking and a talent for turning data into meaningful insights and business value.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, enabling trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholders, teams, and functions.
