Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the metalworking field, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or plant mechanic
- Several years of experience in industrial installation, ideally with initial leadership experience
- High level of organisational skills, sense of responsibility and technical competence
- Confident in reading and implementing technical drawings and plans
- Strong team skills, assertive, resilient and flexible
- Willingness to travel and suitability for working at heights
- Valid qualifications for operating installation equipment
- Desirable: welding certifications and knowledge in the area of occupational safety
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
