Acting as a Service Process Manager, LIXIL EMENA (d/f/m) will face you with these tasks:
- Project management activities and technical interface to IT
- Creation of requirements analyses for the CSD & FSD customer service systems
- Definition of EMENA-wide service processes
- Technical conceptualisation and translation of technical requirements for IT
- Technical documentation of processes and workflows
- Software support:
- Processing of \"1st and 2nd level\" support requests
- Analysing and trouble-shooting
- Carrying out user training and creating training material
You should have the following qualifications:
- University degree, e.g. in computer science, information technology or related fields
- Professional experience in the areas of software development/service development
- High level of technical knowledge combined with a can-do mentality
- Experience in dealing with international markets environment, customers, sub contractors and internal stakeholders of all levels of the organization
- Several years of proven experience in project management in a similar function
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize issues towards business needs
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
