CNC Setup Operator (m/f/d) - Plant Hemer (Germany)

For our plant in Hemer, we are looking for a full-time CNC Setup Operator (m/f/d) for CNC Machining Centers to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Setting up and tooling CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, robots, Zippel washing systems, and leak testing systems
• Maintaining production while ensuring quality, delivery costs, and on-time delivery
• Training employees on production machines
• Approving production processes while considering quality, occupational safety, and environmental aspects
• Identifying production disruptions and initiating corrective measures (tool changes, etc.)
• Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedules
• Process optimization (process flows, tool and program optimization)
• Active participation within the team

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a recognized metalworking profession with at least three years of training (preferably cutting machine operator or toolmaker)
• Experience with CNC machining centers
• Good German language skills
• Resilience, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift operation
