Grohe Logistik Service GmbH is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leader Logistics Network and 3PL Management (f/m/d).
In this role, you will serve as the owner and expert for network design and development, with a strong focus on 3PL warehouse logistics.
You will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving logistics.
Your Tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the network design and smooth 3PL warehouse operations
- Analyze and improve 3PL logistics to increase efficiency and reduce deficits
- Develop and implement process changes aligned with business goals
- Act as the main contact between business units and 3PL teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Guarantee that all processes meet industry regulations and standards
- Ensure consistent stock availability through effective planning and stakeholder alignment
- Streamline communication between internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in network design, logistics management, and 3PL operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in an international environment
- Proficiency in process optimization and KPI tracking
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Fluency in English and German
