The Senior Project Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin.
Role Description This role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in directing large-scale projects, within Energy infrastructure, ideally in substations >=110kV .
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Berlin.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and manage change across multiple projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly beneficial. Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC contractual environments or successful experience in ECI.
