It also brings together legal advice, corporate affairs, stakeholder relations, public affairs, risk and insurance management, internal audit, and compliance management.Mission:- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to standards, internal processes, and legal requirements, and propose improvement measures.- Draft audit reports, formulate recommendations, and ensure the follow-up of action plans in connection with stakeholders.- Contribute to consolidated risk reporting by supporting management in the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management systems.- Participate in the planning of audits and the maintenance of the internal control system as well as the analysis of financial performance and risks of the Group's entities.- Independently carry out risk assessments for investment and development projects, ensuring their consistency with the risk tolerance defined by the Group.Profile:- Higher education degree in economics or equivalent, ideally supplemented by a postgraduate degree in audit or risk management with 3 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary firm or in internal or external audit.- Good knowledge of the economic environment and the energy sector as well as excellent writing skills.- Mastery of standard office tools and good knowledge of Microsoft D365.- Excellent command of French; good knowledge of German and English is appreciated.- Developed analytical and critical mind, sense of service, autonomy, rigor, discretion, and ease in demanding environments. jid5502e5faen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
