Mission:
- Manage and lead HVAC projects from study to completion - Ensure technical, financial and administrative follow-up of construction sites - Coordinate internal teams, partners and subcontractors - Ensure respect of deadlines, quality and safety requirements - Participate in site meetings and maintain relations with various stakeholders - Prepare execution files in collaboration with the Technical Office - Participate in the preparation of offers, bids and commercial negotiations - Monitor costs, invoicing, margins and project profitability - Coordinate purchases related to construction sites and participate in supplier selection - Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and partners
Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as heating installer or building heating systems designer - Higher education (federal diploma, federal master or university degree) is an asset - Proven experience in managing and monitoring HVAC projects, ideally large-scale projects - Strong skills in technical and financial project management - Excellent organisational, anticipation and coordination skills - Comfortable with common IT tools (Office); Win-OD and AutoCAD are advantages - Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Native French speaker, German B2 or higher appreciated
