SALES DIRECTOR
YOUR MISSIONS
- Achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets for new and used cars - Supporting, motivating and developing a sales team - Leading the sales team through coaching and regular follow-up - Being an example for your colleagues and passing on your skills - Monitoring sales operations and planning necessary actions to achieve set objectives - Achieving a personal sales volume - Meeting customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Managing used vehicle stock - Ensuring the general quality policy and continuous improvements - Developing sales supported by events and marketing actions defined in collaboration with the Commercial Director - Training and supporting new sales advisors - Establishing budgets and monitoring profitability
YOUR PROFILE
- More than 3 years of experience in personnel management in automotive sales - Federal VET Diploma in a technical or commercial field, complemented by higher education - Good leadership, analytical and decision-making skills - Strong commercial sense and comfortable with prospecting - Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator with a positive attitude - Regional network, knowledge of the local economic fabric and resident in the canton of Jura - Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English or German - Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technologies - Enjoys teamwork while being autonomous
