Hotel Receptionists at 100%
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the welcome and departure of our clientele - Handle reservation processing - Manage customer complaints - Practice upselling - Manage telephone calls, mail and messages - Handle payments - Make reservations during the closing hours of the reservations department - Manage customer complaints and ensure "customer satisfaction" during the stay - Promote hotel services and build customer loyalty
Profile:
- Hotel training - Recent experience (minimum 1 year) as a Hotel Receptionist (3, 4 or 5 stars) - Excellent command of French and English - a third language is an asset - Good knowledge of Opera software - Team spirit - Flexible and available - Communication skills and interpersonal skills - Proven customer relations - Excellent presentation - Punctual
