You weigh the goods (pork, sow, beef, cow and veal) at each cutting stage. You manage the weighings in compliance with label requirements while ensuring product traceability. You prepare and process fresh meat orders according to internal needs. You separate the labels and manage orders via the SAP system. You ensure rigorous monitoring of products to guarantee their traceability at every stage of the process. You provide support in various sectors for tasks related to cutting, preparation and product management.
What you bring
Education: Completed initial or continuing training Specialisation: In the food sector. Professional experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in the meat sector. Good knowledge of meat cuts. Comfortable with IT tools (SAP, etc.). Strong sense of hygiene and compliance with current standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress. Team spirit and autonomy in work. Physical resilience (handling crates of 15 to 30 kg). Personal means of transport recommended to access the workplace. French (B1)
