As Teamlead (m/f/d) Sales Controlling , you and your two-person team will be responsible for sales budgeting, sales controlling, revenue management and forecasting. Thanks to your sound experience in sales controlling, you will further develop processes and tools in a targeted manner and thus make a decisive contribution to the company’s success.
- Team management: Technical management of the sales controlling team and operational collaboration
- Business partner function: advising the sales and marketing teams on business management issues and providing support in revenue management
Analysis and reporting: Monthly analysis of gross margin, preparation of sales, cost and earnings reports - Planning and financial statements: Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, responsibility for the preparation, coordination and validation of strategic and operational sales planning and regular forecasts
- Management support: preparation of review meetings as well as analyses and decision papers for management
- Process optimization & project work: further development of reporting, optimization of processes and partial collaboration on projects as well as ad hoc analyses
What you need to succeed with us
- Professional qualifications: Completed business studies, experience in sales controlling is essential, ideally initial management experience
- Application expertise: Sound experience with controlling tools, very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP knowledge (R/3 CO, FI, BW) an advantage
- Analytical & strategic competence: High affinity for numbers, excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Working style & soft skills: Independent, results-oriented, strong communication skills, with a high level of commitment
- Assignment & languages: 3 days/week on site at the DACH headquarters (Geislingen an der Steige), business fluent in German & English
