Design and develop data ingestion pipelines in Microsoft Fabric from production SQL databases and other internal and external data sources. Collect, prepare, clean, and transform data to ensure its usability and quality . Ensure data governance by implementing quality controls, business rules, and data dictionaries. Design and maintain high-performance data models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Develop robust semantic models (Star Schema, Snowflake, Power BI Datamarts) tailored to business requirements. Create and optimize complex DAX measures and calculations , ensuring model performance. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations . Optimize dataset and report performance through data modeling best practices and monitoring. Support business teams and Data Analysts in the use of business intelligence solutions. Train and coach Data Analysts to strengthen their autonomy in creating complex dashboards. Excellent command of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric . Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric in a development and data engineering environment. Ability to quickly design high-performance dashboards . Ability to gather, document, and challenge business requirements . Strong skills in data modeling and DAX . Strong communication and coaching skills , with the ability to support Data Analysts on a daily basis. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
