Your responsibilities:

• Manage our assessment diagnostics portfolio, including conducting potential selection procedures (Assessment Centers), ensuring processes are standardized, effective, and efficient.
• Implement new, modern methods and processes for identifying and developing leaders.
• Design and facilitate workshops and internal training sessions.
• Advise our leadership and staff on topics related to leadership development and talent management in collaboration with our People Management team.

What you bring:

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role within Learning & Development.
• Conceptual skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a winning personality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them in a structured manner.
• Fluent English skills due to international integration.
