This is what you move:
As Video Excellence Lead, you will lead the video and classical media excellence program for Amazon across 12 markets. Furthermore:
- Develops tailored Amazon video planning playbooks to standardize best practices, including planning principles, mandatory parameters, cross-media tools, KPI frameworks, and measurement requirements.
- Ensures successful deployment of frameworks & guidelines across the locales and therefore education of planning teams.
- Serves as key contact for locales for support and troubleshooting topics.
- Defines and optimizes Video excellence KPIs & measurement framework.
- Supports the locales to roll-out and adherence to the frameworks.
- Identifies and recommends optimization opportunities and test & learn ideas internally to fuel the overall transformation agenda for Amazon.
- Drives and oversees Video / media tests regionally, reports on results and provides recommendation for scaling opportunities to drive efficiencies & effectiveness.
- Ensures validated new insights are reflected and embedded into the planning frameworks/guidelines on an ongoing basis.
- Determines market and agency developments regarding media, tools and trends and actively shares these with the locales consulting teams (ideas providers).
The following qualities distinguish you:
- You have in-depth digital and classic media knowledge and are familiar with TV, ATV, CTV and digital video channels. You are also familiar with digital OOH, cinema and audio.
- You are familiar with media-terms such as GRP, CPM or unique user and how they are connected is clear to you.
- You know exactly the challenges and advantages of an integrated planning approach across different media.
- Your strategic way of thinking makes it easy for you to derive well-founded in-media recommendations.
- Analytical and structured work is one of your greatest strengths.
- You can write down your thoughts and ideas in a simple and understandable way and also explain them in English.
- You need to keep yourself busy with innovations in the market and our company.
- Your English is fluent and you are very proficient in Excel and Power Point.

What we offer you:
TIME IS PRECIOUS
We work 39 hours per week, which you also track in our system. If you do work some extra hours, you can take time off to compensate.
VACATION MODE ON
