- What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee the foundation’s liquid assets for sustainable returns
- Develop and refine investment strategies in line with portfolio goals
- Select and monitor diverse asset classes like stocks and bonds
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and risk management
- Oversee external asset managers and advisors
- Prepare transparent reports on risk and performance
- What You Need
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
- Relevant further education (e. g., CFA, CIIA) is a plus
- Several years of experience in portfolio management or institutional asset management
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial markets
- Knowledge of foundation and non-profit law is desirable
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain trustworthiness
