Atlantic is looking for an Investment Associate focused on AI and Compute. This role is perfect for someone deeply embedded in the AI space, who can identify and evaluate promising founders and technologies. You’ll have the chance to work closely with innovative startups and support them through their early stages while being part of a dynamic investment team.

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with AI and infrastructure founders across Europe.
• Evaluate investment opportunities from start to finish.
• Travel to meet founders and build relationships.
• Stay updated on AI market trends and technologies.

What You Need

• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• Experience in sourcing or evaluating AI investments.
• Background in building or working at an AI startup.
• Strong understanding of AI technology and infrastructure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Polish or Italian are a plus.
