Associate, Direct Investments in München

Legacy Partners is looking for an Investment Associate/Manager to join their team in Munich. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and executing direct investments while working closely with entrepreneurs and management teams. What You’ll Do

• Source and develop investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, CEOs, and investors.
• Analyze businesses to assess risks and returns.
• Manage the deal process from screening to closing.
• Work with management teams on growth strategies.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills and good commercial judgment.
• Ability to differentiate between a good business and a good investment.
• Initiative and confidence to form and defend independent views.
• Fluent in German and English.
