Loom Ventures is looking for an Investment Manager to join their new venture capital fund in Vienna.
This role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in Infra Tech, leading investment processes, and supporting founders as a board member.
The position offers a unique chance to shape the fund’s strategy and build a strong brand in the venture capital space.
What You’ll Do
Find and assess Infra Tech investment opportunities across Europe.
Lead the entire investment process from due diligence to closing.
Support founders on strategy and hiring as a board member.
Help shape the investment thesis and build the fund.
What You Need
Degree in engineering, computer science, or natural science, or strong technical background. 4-6 years in early-stage venture capital with a track record of managing deals.
Experience in sourcing and negotiating investments.
Network in the European VC scene for deal flow.
Willingness to be based in Vienna and travel across Europe.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
