Would you like to independently implement business-oriented change management strategies for our PE and SME clients, thus creating tangible impact for shareholder-led, growing companies?
As an expert in (digital) business models, processes, and tools, you will act directly at the client\’s site as a change agent, skillfully implementing tailor-made instructions within the framework of change projects.
Tasks
In addition to a comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry from day one. Look forward to diverse and responsible tasks, such as:
- Analyzing the impact of procedural and organizational changes following company acquisitions and sales in the private equity context
- Developing customized change, communication, and training concepts based on the recommendations of our consulting team and in consultation with stakeholders
- Taking responsibility for planning, moderating, and implementing measures, as well as managing communication activities and organizing workshops
- Monitoring and tracking the implemented change measures and project progress
Requirements
You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have several years of professional experience in Change Management, preferably in management consulting, with a focus on finance/transactions, IT, and innovation.
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a similar relevant field.
- Quick comprehension and a strong interest in delving into new topics in detail.
- In-depth understanding of business models and knowledge of the latest developments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel as required for project-related purposes.
