Overview
As a Global Mobility Lead, you will shape and govern our international mobility framework, aligning policies with business goals. You’ll partner with HR and senior leaders to optimize cross-border assignments and ensure compliant, seamless experiences for employees. You’ll drive digitization and modernization of mobility processes, collaborating with external experts and vendors to scale our programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, compliance, and employee experience, offering meaningful impact across a multinational workforce.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Evolve global mobility strategy, policies, and governance framework
- Review and optimize international assignment programs (short- and long-term)
- Lead end-to-end mobility processes for international assignments and cross-border employment
- Advise senior leaders and HR on international employment, mobility, tax, social security, and compliance
- Partner with external tax, immigration, and social security specialists across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage and develop relationships with mobility, tax, and relocation providers
- Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and modernize mobility processes and policies
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Tax, Human Resources, or related field
- Extensive Global Mobility or International Assignment Management experience
- Strong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security (preferably tax consultant training)
- Experience managing complex cross-border workforces in a multinational environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders with credibility
- Strong project management and vendor management capabilities
- Solution-oriented mindset focused on delivering excellent employee experiences
- Fluency in English and good German
