Overview

As a Hydraulics Engineer at Gruner, you design, calculate and dimension concrete structures for hydraulic and dam projects, ensuring technical compliance and project fit. You’ll support project design, quality checks, and tender preparation, while engaging with clients and coordinating site activities. This role involves leading or contributing to international projects, with travel for site visits and longer assignments as needed. Zentrale Anforderungen

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a hydraulics focus
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in hydraulics and dams
• Familiarity with design standards and project methodologies
• Proficiency with HEC-RAS and FLOW3D and related tools
• Ability to plan, organize and control engineering projects
• Willingness to travel for short/long-term assignments
• English fluent; additional languages (French, German, or Italian) depending on location
