This position is limited to two years.Your area of workWithin the Global Products & Markets division, the Pricing unit is responsible for defining and executing the pricing strategy across Deutsche Börse Group's derivatives trading and clearing businesses. The team conducts in-depth pricing analyses and develops data-driven recommendations for senior management to optimize revenues, enhance competitiveness, and identify growth opportunities. By closely monitoring market developments, client behavior, and industry trends, the unit ensures that pricing remains aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. A key focus of the team is the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of pricing models, fee schedules, and strategic incentive schemes for both existing and new products and services. The team is responsible for translating commercial objectives into effective pricing frameworks and ensuring their successful implementation across the organization.We are a team of pricing specialists, business experts, and project managers who combine commercial, quantitative, and strategic expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive key initiatives. The team works closely with senior management and stakeholders across Eurex Clearing, Eurex Frankfurt, Eurex Repo, and Deutsche Börse Group, playing a central role in shaping the commercial strategy and pricing landscape of the organization.We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in pricing, derivatives trading, and/or product design to strengthen our team and take full ownership of all pricing-related topics for exchange-traded derivatives.Your responsibilitiesAnalyze, develop, and implement pricing models and strategic incentive schemes for exchange-traded derivatives, including fixed income, equity, and index derivativesDrive pricing initiatives in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, tax, IT, and other business requirementsCoordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of pricing models across all relevant systems and platformsDevelop and execute communication strategies for new pricing measures, including client presentations, market outreach, and stakeholder engagementConduct in-depth market, competitor, and client analyses to identify pricing opportunities, industry trends, and their commercial impactPerform advanced analyses of trading, clearing, client, and revenue data to support pricing decisions, impact assessments, and business case developmentPrepare pricing recommendations, senior management reports, and decision-making materials to support strategic business decisionsYour profileYou have successfully graduated at university in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldYou have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience in pricing, derivatives trading, and/or product designYou bring strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience in data analysis, data interpretation, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasetsYou also have excellent communication and presentation skillsYou have a strong sense of ownership, high intrinsic motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentYou have gained hands-on experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or similar applications is an advantageYou are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelYou are fluent in English; German is an advantage
