Overview
In this role you help govern and evolve Deutsche Börse Group’s authorization framework within a strictly regulated finance environment. You will operate the Nexis concept management platform and support Identity Governance and Administration projects across the organization. Working with business units, owners, and IAM experts, you’ll gain hands-on experience in authorization management, role governance, and compliance. This is a growth-focused opportunity to deepen IAM expertise and contribute to process improvements at scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Nexis authorization concept management platform
- Contribute to maintenance and enhancement of enterprise-wide authorization concepts, business roles, and role management processes
- Assist in ensuring that concepts, roles, and access controls meet regulatory and internal governance requirements
- Collaborate with business units, application owners, and infrastructure teams for authorization management and access governance
- Support optimization of the Nexis platform including process automation, user experience improvements, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Maintain governance-related documentation, procedures, and controls to remain audit-ready
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within Identity Governance and Administration
- Support IAM-related projects, testing activities, and implementation initiatives
- Monitor and analyze authorization management processes and contribute to service improvements
- Build knowledge of Identity Governance, authorization concepts, and regulatory requirements in a regulated environment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Basic understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, and access governance principles
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties, role lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance (desirable)
- Exposure to access governance solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Nexis, Omada, Saviynt (advantage)
- Understanding of Configuration Management Systems and enterprise infrastructure landscapes (beneficial)
- Interest in governance processes, documentation standards, and audit-ready controls
- Willingness to learn and independently acquire new technologies
- Interest in AI technologies to improve processes
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in test management (advantage)
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
