Overview
In this role you support Deutsche Börse’s Investment Management Solutions strategy, driving long-term organic and M&A growth. You collaborate with the Strategy team to coordinate strategic initiatives and project development, and you prepare market analyses and decision proposals for senior leadership. You monitor strategy processes, seeking continuous improvement and alignment with the group’s mission. This position offers visibility across cross-functional partners and the chance to shape growth in a dynamic markets space.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the development of the long-term global organic and M&A growth strategy for the Investment Management Solutions area
- Assist implementation and coordination of strategically relevant projects, including sourcing, development and planning
- Prepare strategic market analyses, decision proposals, and status reports for senior management and management meetings
- Monitor and continuously improve strategy development and implementation processes
- Support key strategic projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree with excellent results
- 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy for an asset manager, or M&A
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of capital markets, and understanding of business principles and processes
- Delivery-focused with structured problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure with reliability and autonomy
- High commitment and motivation
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative tools and methods, including financial modelling
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) across seniority levels
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
