Overview
In this role you shape the tax structure for an international group with a focus on transfer pricing. You will support the development of the TP framework, advise internal stakeholders and lead documentation, structuring, and compliance efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize intercompany transactions and manage TP-related audits and discussions. This position offers an opportunity to impact group-wide tax strategy and governance in a dynamic financial services context.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Management and further development of the group-wide transfer pricing system
- Preparation, maintenance and review of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) per OECD guidelines
- Analysis, structuring and optimization of intercompany transactions
- Advising internal stakeholders on TP matters including restructurings, new business models and M&A
- Design and optimization of internal TP processes, tools and policies
- Support and coordination of tax audits and MAP/APA procedures in TP
- Handling tax law matters including preparation of tax opinions
- Support in preparing board decision papers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field
- At least five years of experience in Transfer Pricing
- Proven TP documentation and benchmarking experience
- Experience in tax advisory or corporate tax and/or consulting environment
- SAP knowledge (S/4HANA or similar) or comparable ERP systems
- Strong analytical capabilities with entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
- High motivation, teamwork, flexibility and strong communication
- MS Office proficiency
- German and English language proficiency (C1)
