Position summary:
You will lead CGA activities in Germany, working with colleagues across medical, regulatory, commercial, and market access teams. You will ensure high standards of clinical governance, support evidence generation, and help shape access strategies that deliver value for patients and health systems. Key responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead clinical governance and quality standards for local clinical and observational programmes
- Develop and align evidence generation plans with market access, medical, and regulatory strategies
- Oversee interactions with health authorities, payers, and external stakeholders on clinical and evidence matters
- Provide scientific and clinical input to reimbursement dossiers and value dossiers
- Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Monitor real-world evidence and safety data to inform clinical and access decisions
Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Medical degree, life sciences degree, or equivalent clinical/healthcare qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical governance, medical affairs, HEOR, or market access in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of evidence generation, real-world data, and health technology assessment processes in Germany
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, MPH, MSc) or additional qualification in health economics or outcomes research
- Direct experience preparing reimbursement dossiers and navigating German payer systems
- Background in designing or operating observational studies, registries, or pragmatic trials
- Experience working with regulatory affairs or pharmacovigilance teams on clinical governance
- Track record of engaging with external scientific advisory boards and patient groups
- Strong data interpretation and presentation skills using real-world evidence
