At Solvd Group we are looking for a dedicated Privacy and AI Expert to support our Data Protection Officer and strengthen our global privacy and AI governance framework with focus on PDR-Team and Careoss Group. In this role, you will contribute both strategically and operationally to ensure compliance with GDPR, the AI Act, and other relevant regulations.

Position Focus:
- Provide expert guidance to support the DPO.
- Strengthen global privacy and AI governance structures.
- Help build a future-proof compliance and accountability framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management and business units on Privacy and AI regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of global privacy and AI governance policies and standards.
- Conduct audits, risk analyses, privacy and AI assessments as well as monitor overall compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance and other relevant stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Support incident management, authority notifications and customer inquiries.
- Deliver training, awareness initiatives, and internal communication to foster a strong privacy culture.
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Information Security, Business Informatics or related field.
- Demonstrable experience advising on data protection, privacy or governance matters.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and international privacy frameworks; initial familiarity with the EU AI Act.
- Understanding of IT systems, data flows, and technical/organizational measures.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
- Certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP) are an advantage.
PDR-Team (created in 2010) offers an innovative E2E solution for motor hail claim management and operates temporary hail repair centers in affected areas using damage-assessment scanners and hail-specific repair techniques. PDR Team is the market leader in Germany and France and is present in multiple additional markets (Poland, Australia, South-Africa etc.).
Careoss Group (created in 2023) is a network of body shops operating in France, in Switzerland and in Germany (1 large high-capacity repair platforms). Careoss handles both body work for PDR-Team hail claims and collision claims from insurers. Both company are officially part of Solvd Group since 2026.
