About the Role:

You will play a key role asITProduct Owner and SAP Sustainability Solutions Expertwithin our ERP Applications Team andthe Sustainability Work Stream of ourERP Transformation Project.As the IT Lead for sustainability solutions,you will take ownership of the technical design, implementation,integrationand lifecycle management of BioNTech's SAP-based sustainability landscape.Your work will ensure seamless IT integration, governance, and operational support for sustainability-related solutions, directly contributing to BioNTech’s mission.

YourContribution:

• Act as theIT Product Owner and System Ownerfor SAP sustainability applications including SAP EHS, SAP Product Compliance, SAP Green Ledger, SAP Sustainability Footprint Management and SAP Sustainability Control Tower
• Lead the design,implementationand continuous improvement of SAP-based sustainability solutions within the global ERP landscape
• Define system architectures, integrationconceptsand dataflows for sustainability-relevant business processestogether with other IT Teams
• Collaborate withenterprise architects, ERP teams,developersand business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant IT solutions
• Configure,deployandoptimizeSAP applications supporting sustainability, EHS and product compliance processes
• Drive integration between SAP S/4HANA and sustainability platformsto ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy
• Ensure application reliability, governance, security and compliance throughappropriatedocumentation,ITcontrolsand automation

A Good Match :

• Several years of experience in SAP application management, ERP systems, solutionownershipor IT product ownership
• Strong hands-onexpertisewith SAP sustainability applications such as SAP EHS, SAP Product Compliance, SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM)and SAP Green Ledger
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, enterprise application integration and master data management
• Strong understanding of system architecture, interfaces, data governance,regulations (e.g.CSRD, GRI)and reporting solutions
• Experience supporting SAP transformation, implementation or rollout projects in complex global environmentsand proven experience deliveringIT solutionsin sustainability, EHS or compliance-related domains
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across IT,businessand external partners
