pWe are seeking an experienced bCountry Manager /b to lead our Swiss affiliate and drive sustainable business growth in a highly regulated and multilingual healthcare environment. /p pYou will be responsible for overall business performance, PL management, commercial execution, customer engagement, people leadership, and strategic alignment with regional and global priorities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Swiss affiliate and deliver business, financial, and operational objectives. /li liDevelop and execute the country strategy and business plan. /li liDrive sales growth, key account management, market access, pricing, and tender activities. /li liManage country PL, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. /li liLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. /li liBuild strong relationships with customers, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. /li liCollaborate closely with regional and global functions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSignificant senior leadership experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices. /li liProven success managing a country, business unit, or commercial organization. /li liStrong understanding of the Swiss healthcare market, tenders, and hospital procurement processes. /li liExperience with PL management, forecasting, and commercial decision-making. /li liExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libFluent German and English (required) /b /li libFrench and/or Italian (strong advantage) /b /li /ul pIf you are a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering growth and leading teams in Switzerland, we would like to hear from you. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
