ppThe Designer will be responsible for researching and interpreting emerging fashion and consumer trends, translating them into commercial products that reflect the Factory Outlet brand identity and meet customer expectations. By identifying new product opportunities and developing commercially relevant collections, the designer will play a key role in driving the evolution of the assortment while collaborating closely with Merchandising and Buying, and Product Development teams. According to their level of expertise, the designer will independently manage advanced design activities and contribute to strategic product decisions. /ph3CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliManage the design process from concept to completion, collaborating with the Buying and Product Development team to ensure alignment of priorities and direction. /liliDesign and develop commercial products, planning the line according to fashion trends and sales needs. /liliCreate and present mood boards for each season, showcasing silhouettes, fabrics, and details of styles. /liliCreate and present technical flat sketches for tech packs to be handed over to product developers. /liliSelect fabrics and trims for the developed styles. /liliUpload new styles on the internal PLM creating style codes, tech pack/BOM, for each new style in the line. /liliContinuous update of style status on the PLM during the different steps of the collection development (from sketch to sms). /liliManage the sample fitting sessions in collaboration with PD team and pattern makers. /liliSupport the visual team with seasonal product guidelines. /liliVisit trade shows and stores for market browsing if needed. /liliVisit suppliers and manufacturers if needed. /liliWork closely with the entire design team as well as Buyers, Brand Managers and other apparel division departments. /li /ululliBachelor Degree or Diploma in Fashion and/or Design Arts. /liliAt least 3-4 years of experience in the same role and field. /liliStrong knowledge of fashion and emerging trends. /liliStrong attitude and understanding of fashion product, style, and graphic trends. /liliCreative, with a clear understanding of the brand DNA, and a very pragmatical approach. /liliFashion eye with commercial awareness. /liliAbility to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and design calendar. /liliDynamic personality, fast thinker, positive attitude. /liliAvailability for traveling if needed. /liliSense of urgency and flexibility /liliFluent English. /liliGood knowledge of computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. /liliExtensive experience with Adobe CS software, including Illustrator and Photoshop /lili3D design skills preferred (Clo 3D). /li /ululliBalance between work and personal life: Smart Working (Hybrid work model) and Time flexibility /liliAn International, fresh and dynamic working environment /liliPhysical Mental Health programs, sustainable projects and workshop promoted by Guess Community /liliArts, sports and social events outside the office, thanks to our Guess Fun activities! /liliTraining Development platform and paths /liliDiscount on our products both online and in stores /li /ulpDon’t miss your chance to join a progressive and sustainable global company, which is constantly looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in a competitive and tough market. /ppGuess promotes a people-first workspace, where their well-being and their development are part of the history and the success of the brand. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
