GTM Campaign & Marketing Coordinator

pGUESS is seeking an organised, proactive and collaborative GTM Campaign Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and campaign side of the global go-to-market process and associated product launches. /p pWorking closely with Commercial Buying Teams, Integrated Marketing, Content Creative, PR, Social and CRM teams, you will help ensure campaign readiness, creative deliverables and marketing activation are aligned and delivered on time against the GTM calendar. Launching the right products, in the right category, at the right time. This role requires strong coordination skills, creative/commercial awareness and the ability to keep internal stakeholders moving in step with the wider GTM process. /p h3CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the planning and coordination of the marketing/creative side of the seasonal GTM calendar inc. campaign milestones, creative gate dates, asset delivery deadlines /li liAct as the day-to-day coordination point across Commercial Buying, Integrated Marketing, Content Creative, PR, Social, e-commerce and CRM for GTM-related deliverables /li liTrack creative and campaign readiness inc. briefs, approvals, asset delivery and flag gaps or slippage to GTM Lead /li liCoordinate GTM meetings on the marketing side: prepare calendar, materials, track actions, follow up /li liConsolidate campaign and launch information into clear updates for the GTM Committee /li liPartner with local/regional marketing teams to align global campaign plans with market execution /li liMaintain accurate, accessible campaign and launch information across relevant platforms /li liSupport continuous improvement of marketing-side GTM process and tools, in partnership with the GTM Coordinator on the operational side /li /ul ul li3–5 years' experience in fashion/lifestyle, retail or consumer goods marketing, ideally with campaign or GTM coordination exposure /li liUnderstanding of the campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, phasing multiple product launches at once /li liExcellent project coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple creative stakeholders and timelines /li liProactive relationship builder, confident gathering information across cross-functional disciplines /li liConfident communicator, able to translate creative/marketing detail into clear GTM updates /li liStrong attention to detail combined with commercial sense and brand awareness /li liCollaborative, pragmatic and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership /li liExcellent organisational and follow-up skills /li liAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with AI-powered project management tools is a plus /li liFluent English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage /li /ul ul liAn International, fresh and dynamic working environment /li liPhysical Mental Health programs, sustainable projects and workshop promoted by Guess Cares /li liArts, sports and social events outside the office, thanks to our Guess Fun activities! /li liTraining Development platform and paths /li liDiscount on our products both online and in stores /li /ul pDon’t miss your chance to join a progressive and sustainable global company, which is constantly looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in a competitive and tough market. /p pGuess promotes a people-first workspace, where their well-being and their development are part of the history and the success of the brand. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
