North America Jewellery Operations Support

pThe North America Jewellery Operations Support acts as a key link between the HQ Jewellery team in Bioggio and the North American local teams, ensuring accurate product set-up, order and shipment coordination, retail allocation activities and day-to-day follow-up across full-price stores, outlet stores, and e-commerce. As these activities have been progressively brought in-house, this role will play an important part in consolidating operations across North America. /p h3bCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 ul liExecute operational activities related to North America jewellery orders, allocations and shipments in line with business calendars and priorities. /li liEnsure accurate product and style set-up, data maintenance and updates across relevant company systems. /li liCoordinate with HQ functions, North American teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues. /li liMonitor shipment status and delivery information, following-up delays, shortages or discrepancies. /li liPrepare and maintain reports and analysis related to SKUs, orders, shipments, allocations and retail needs. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring operational activities and improve data quality and process efficiency. /li /ul h3bACTIVITIES /b /h3 ul liSupport North America jewellery operations across full-price stores, outlet stores and e-commerce. /li liFor full-price stores, execute allocation activities directly from HQ. /li liFor outlet stores, work in partnership with North America to coordinate allocation activities and ensure accurate product distribution. /li liFor e-commerce, work in partnership with the dedicated e-commerce team to coordinate product availability. /li /ul ul liCreate and maintain style/SKU information, product descriptions and related master data. /li liUpdate relevant systems and databases, ensuring date accuracy and completeness. /li liManage assortment updates for newness, carryover and discontinued products. /li liUse AS400, Stealth, Business Intelligence tools and MS Office to manage and analyze operational information. /li liPrepare assortment analysis to support business needs and decisions. /li /ul ul liFollow up purchase orders, production and shipments in coordination with Purchasing and Logistics. /li liMonitor quantities, shipment schedules and deliveries, identifying shortages, delays and discrepancies. /liliSupport the verification and collection of shipment documentation to ensure timely delivery and receipt. /li liCollaborate with Product Development, Purchasing and Logistics, to ensure smooth execution of the Jewellery operations. /li liEscalate critical issues and coordinate their resolution across functions. /li liWork with other business units to improve coordination and avoid overlapping activities. /li /ul ul liExperience: 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar operational role. /li liEducation: University Degree or equivalent professional experience. /li liExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.
