Overview
As Visual Merchandising Director, you will create and execute a compelling in-store brand representation across Europe, aligning with our global vision and local market needs. You will lead a cross-functional VM team, partner with merchants, planning, operations, and wholesale partners to deliver guidelines and installations that boost customer experience and sales. You drive creative strategy, window concepts, and timely executions for stores, showrooms, and events, ensuring brand consistency. This role combines strategic planning, budget ownership, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, international environment, offering a meaningful impact on brand presence and profitability.

- 10+ years of VM experience in a fashion brand
- 5-6 years of team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of VM strategies and processes
- Deep knowledge of Guess products and DNA
- Leadership, organization, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels
- Ability to work in an international environment and network with worldwide units
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other core business functions
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Excel and Office package
