Overview
As a Product Manager in our medical device client, you own and grow a global product portfolio across the full lifecycle. You fuse upstream and downstream PM to shape market strategy, roadmaps, and launches, while delivering commercial support. You collaborate with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to bring innovative products to market. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office. You will impact digital health and remote care initiatives at a global scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and expand a global product portfolio across the full lifecycle
- Lead upstream and downstream product management activities
- Drive market analysis, strategy, and roadmapping
- Oversee new product development and product launches
- Provide commercial support and cross-functional guidance
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing, customers and distributors
- Navigate hybrid work model requiring office presence 2–3 days per week
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven product management experience in a medical device manufacturing company
- Strong experience in both upstream and downstream product management
- Track record in product strategy, market research, launches, and portfolio management
- Experience cross-functionally with technical, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Knowledge of EU MDR and FDA
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability to travel if needed
