We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to support specialist equipment used in radiotherapy and oncology, helping healthcare professionals deliver precise cancer treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and service medical equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and provide remote customer support.
- Deliver basic technical training and maintain accurate service documentation.
What we're looking for
- An engineering, electronics, IT or related technical background, or equivalent experience.
- Medical device or radiotherapy experience is essential.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Experience with Windows-based systems, hardware, software and networking.
- Fluent German and good English.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 75%.
- Candidates need to be based in Essen or Düsseldorf.
