Your future tasks and responsibilities
- Provide assistance both in rental and technical areas - Follow up on terminations, administrative work related to maintenance - Prepare rental contracts - Manage claims follow-up - Organise and manage property inspections

You today...
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification - Have at least 2 years’ experience in a real estate agency as a property management assistant - Have a sense of priorities, be proactive, and eager to integrate into a dynamic and motivated team - Be autonomous and organised - Be comfortable with clients and respect confidentiality obligations - Have excellent command of French and strong writing skills; knowledge of German and English is an asset - Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
