Your future tasks and responsibilities
- Prospecting to generate the acquisition of new mandates - Enhancement of real estate properties - Viewing and re-letting of vacant properties - Placement of the group’s products - Contact with owners regarding the re-letting of properties - Market price definition - Follow-up and re-letting of real estate properties - Advertising insertions - Various statistics related to rentals - Possibly drafting rental contracts - Possibly drafting preliminary reports - Possibly support and assistance to the building sales department - Monthly reporting of rentals, prospecting, etc.

- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification - Have at least 2 years’ experience in a real estate agency as a residential rental broker - Have a sense of priorities, be proactive, and eager to integrate into a dynamic and motivated team - Be autonomous and organised - Be comfortable with clients and respect confidentiality obligations - Have perfect command of French and excellent writing skills; knowledge of German and English is an asset - Training and/or knowledge in architectural photography is an asset - Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
