Gulf Associates provides commercial advisory services that focus on high-stakes investments and partnership decisions. We prioritize direct commercial judgment over the theoretical models used by larger strategy firms. Our work supports chief executives, family groups, and sovereign entities as they navigate decisions regarding new entries, joint ventures, and capital deployment. Because these environments involve a specific mix of state capital and private deals, we focus on the ground reality of the market rather than views from a distant head office. Our team is currently supporting a Munich-based industrial client on a series of complex partnership decisions. To assist with the coordination of this work, we are hiring a Junior Program Coordinator.
The Junior Program Coordinator helps manage the functional flow of our active engagements. You will support our partners as they move through negotiations and regulator conversations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your own environment while staying closely connected to our small, senior-led team. We do not maintain physical offices, so you must be comfortable using digital tools to stay organized and responsive. The role is designed for someone early in their career who is organized and curious about how commercial deals are structured and finalized.
What you will do
Working at Gulf Associates means focusing on outcomes rather than just output. We are a small firm by design, which ensures that our partners stay involved in every aspect of a project. We do not produce thick, theoretical reports that sit on a shelf: we produce positions that a client can actually act on. Our culture is direct and honest. We expect team members to be comfortable with reality, even when that reality is complicated or contradicts a generic model. Because we hold a small book of active engagements, every person on the team has a clear view of how their work contributes to the final decision. We value people who are reliable, clear-headed, and focused on the facts of the market.
