Ready for the next career step? We are immediately seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer for our business partner in Augsburg. Responsibilities include: analyzing and evaluating the existing heat infrastructure (generation and distribution) at major aviation sites; developing optimization measures for decarbonizing these facilities; technically reviewing and approving planning documents (HOAI phases 1-8) for the integration of large-scale industrial heat pumps (e.g., waste heat recovery, high-temperature heat pumps); designing and monitoring the hydraulic and thermal optimization of existing networks (supply temperature reduction, hydraulic balancing, storage integration, residual heat utilization, troubleshooting, and interfaces with production processes); and ensuring an uninterrupted heat supply while adhering to the stringent availability and safety requirements of the aviation industry.

Successfully completed studies in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology or building services engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)

Approximately 5 years of professional experience in building services engineering (technical building equipment) as well as experience in construction, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology and project management.

Experience in representing clients in industrial environments (preferably large-scale projects/process heat) as well as experience in the field of cooling networks

Sound knowledge in the field of industrial heat pump technologies and the integration of renewable energies.

Proven experience in the calculation, design and renovation/optimization of complex heat distribution networks and hydraulics in existing buildings, as well as familiarity with relevant regulations (VDI, DIN EN, VOB, HOAI)

Assertive personality with strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical and structured working style, and confident demeanor on the client side.

Advanced MS Office skills as well as fluent German and advanced English skills.
