Onsite Supporter (m/f/d) in Berlin

We are looking for dedicated IT experts and support staff (m/f/d) who not only have expertise in networks and servers, but also impress with their relaxed, humorous, and confident manner. Location: Berlin, Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. Working hours: 4-5 days/week (part-time possible, provided full working days are covered) | Core working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please note: As a rule, no work is scheduled during school holidays! As an IT support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the schools and responsible for the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure. Operation & Support: You will keep the existing IT infrastructure (client-server structures) running and manage user accounts. Hardware & Peripherals: Setup, maintenance, and support of PC workstations, notebooks, tablets, printers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, and displays. Servers & Software: Administration of the school's educational servers (especially logoDIDACT including LDC, ITB, CTRL, Rembo, LDdeploy, and IServ). You will be responsible for operating systems, drivers, standard software (Office, browsers, email clients), and imaging/software distribution. Network & Infrastructure: Support of the school networks and WLAN. This includes switch management, IP infrastructure, patching, cable testing, and structured cabling. Projects & Documentation: Implementation of exciting new projects in direct coordination with the departments, as well as meticulous technical documentation (e.g., hardware and software inventory).

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in IT. (Experience in a school environment is a big plus!)
• Technical know-how: Sound knowledge of heterogeneous environments, the implementation of current hardware components, and experience with current operating systems, services, network, storage, and security technologies.
• Soft skills: You work in a goal-oriented and highly independent manner, approaching problems with a structured and analytical mindset. You never lose your sense of humor and remain calm even in stressful situations.
• Language: Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Prerequisite: A clean, extended police clearance certificate (must be submitted before the start).
