Project Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin

Are you looking for a challenging key position at the interface of project management and pioneering research for the energy transition? For our partner company, a leading national research institution in the field of energy and sustainability, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) at their Berlin or Jülich location. In this role, you will support the program management in overseeing a significant funding program and actively contribute to its smooth operation within an interdisciplinary team. You will coordinate the operational implementation of the funding program, manage incoming inquiries, tasks, and deadlines, and take on the rotating responsibilities of staffing the hotline for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). Preparing reports and project documentation, as well as ensuring structured project documentation, will also be part of your remit. Furthermore, you will support the planning and coordination of events such as consortium meetings and workshops. In addition, you will further develop project management standards, establish new methods within the project team, and contribute to quality assurance in project implementation.

• Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie passender Software-Tools
• Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- (C2) und guten Englischkenntnissen
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Souveränität auch in temporären Spitzenzeiten
• Branchenkenntnisse in der energieintensiven Industrie oder technologisches Grundverständnis im Energiekontext von Vorteil
