- Completed technical training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician
- Several years of practical experience in the maintenance of an industrial plant
- Experience in packaging technology
- Solid leadership skills and a passion for decision-making
- Good user knowledge of SAP and ideally AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality and solution-oriented working style
- Assertive personality with strong social skills
- Fluent German skills
