For a technically demanding site in Braunschweig, we are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Expert (m/f/d) with strong project management experience and a proactive, hands‑on approach. Responsibilities include: analyzing complex technical and operational processes from an H&S perspective; creating and updating risk assessments; identifying and evaluating occupational safety risks; deriving and consistently tracking appropriate measures; conducting and supporting safety inspections; coordinating H&S work packages and relevant stakeholders; and supporting H&S documentation, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Several years of experience in the field of Health & Safety / Occupational Safety
- H&S experience in an industrial or technically demanding environment
- Excellent knowledge of creating risk assessments
- Good experience in project management
- Ability to quickly grasp complex processes and evaluate them in a structured manner
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills and assertiveness
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent work style
- English and German, both spoken and written
- Experience with ISO 45001 or a safety specialist qualification is an advantage.
