Airbus - Supply Officer (d/m/f) in Bremen

Our client in Bremen is looking for a Supply Chain Manager.

Demand planning, scheduling, and procurement of quality-compliant components, equipment, systems, materials, and services; delivery monitoring regarding quantity, date, and price, including continuous communication with suppliers and internal customers; troubleshooting and resolving delivery and performance disruptions, as well as implementing recovery activities; data management for new product launches in the new parts process and for technical modifications; identification and classification of logistical risks and initiation of initial corrective measures; monitoring and analysis of manufacturers' delivery performance using key performance indicators (KPIs, e.g., missing parts status), as well as tracking of corrective actions; verification of demand data from internal interfaces (e.g., engineering) for completeness and accuracy; participation in logistics projects to optimize material availability directly at the construction site; analysis and monitoring of agreed-upon inventory ranges, as well as inventory optimization as needed.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Solid professional experience (over 2 years) in scheduling, material procurement, supplier management and supply chain processes.
• In-depth user knowledge of SAP and sound experience with Google Workspace
• Fluent German skills and proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
• The ability to quickly analyze and understand technical relationships and functionalities.
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style as well as strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels.
