airbus - Supply Chain Quality Manager Mission & Optional Equipment (m/f/d) in Donauwörth

Our client in Donauwörth is looking for a Supply Chain Quality Manager. Autonomous and transnational management of a complex international supplier portfolio (focus: mission, options, and weapon systems in the civilian and military sectors, such as NH90/Tiger). Preparation and execution of supplier audits for selection, approval, and continuous monitoring in accordance with the EN9100 standard. Ensuring the timely delivery of equipment while adhering to defined quality and delivery targets. Continuous improvement of suppliers' industrial performance (KPI-based) through the systematic application of modern lean and improvement methods. Independent analysis of quality complaints and consistent tracking of corrective and preventive actions in the relevant IT systems. Proactive risk management, including the implementation of effective mitigation measures and support for Transfer of Works (ToW). Support for cross-site harmonization projects for SCQM processes and regular reporting to internal interfaces.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, quality management, manufacturing engineering or project management

• Demonstrable project competence as well as experience in professionally dealing with international stakeholders and technical documentation

• Fluent German and English skills; knowledge of French is a great advantage.

• Strong negotiation skills, pronounced customer focus, teamwork skills and a solution-oriented working style.
