Your responsibilities will include: developing and maintaining digital dashboards and performance solutions for the Engineering Academy; supporting financial management, budget monitoring, and control; optimizing and establishing structured workflows for reporting and risk management; advising, supporting, and empowering multimodal and international teams; managing interfaces and stakeholders between the Academy management and external business centers; and capturing, translating, and preparing competency and learning requirements into practical tools and regular data deliverables.
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable technical degree (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in the areas of project management, stakeholder management and interface management
- Solid knowledge of change management and experience in data analysis
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
- Excellent user skills in using Google Workspace and experience with quality management and digital dashboards are advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, solution-oriented work style and strong communication skills
