Strategic planning, coordination, and sustainable implementation of Lean principles and methods for the continuous improvement of the work system in the single-aisle area. Creation of detailed process analyses (current state), systematic identification of waste, and development of tactical implementation plans and future concepts (future state). Conception, organization, moderation, and follow-up of workshops and workshop series, as well as management of active stakeholder engagement. Independent implementation and management of projects or sub-projects for the sustainable implementation of optimization measures in manufacturing and process flows. Support in the creation of manufacturing, process, and quality work instructions. Conducting training sessions, adapting training materials, and coaching managers and specialist departments to embed Lean standards.

Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, international management or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience (at least 2-3 years) in change management, project management, process improvement, and quality management.

Good knowledge of change management and project management, as well as basic knowledge of lean management and risk management.

Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

User knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with Skywise and an affinity for AI are advantageous.
