Airbus - IFEC Version Engineering - valid until the end of October 2027, possibly extended, Finkenwerder in Hamburg

For our client in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are seeking an Aerospace Engineer (m/f/d). With Randstad, you have a strong partner at your side. We will support you every step of the way. IFEC System Definition: Management, creation, and review of definition documents for connectivity and in-flight entertainment systems (IFEC) of the A350 family. Test Instructions and Circuit Diagrams: Creation of test instructions for manufacturing and preparation of electrical circuit diagrams. Customer Customization and Component Management: Management of system components according to individual customer requirements and participation in international definition meetings (ITCMS) with airlines and suppliers along the FCO process. Process Optimization and Digitalization: Management of small projects for continuous improvement, process development, and implementation of digital transformation tools and working methods in the Customizing department. Service Provider and Interface Management: Management and monitoring of external engineering service providers and close collaboration with interfaces such as manufacturing, IT, customer service, and configuration management.

• Qualification: Successfully completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in the field of engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical degree.

• Professional experience: Relevant experience in engineering (at least 1 year) as well as in project management, technical project management, change management or process improvements (at least 2 years)

• IT skills: In-depth knowledge of MS Excel, practical experience with PDMLink (product data management system/validation tool) and Google Workspace; knowledge of digitization processes and data management is an advantage.

• Language skills: Fluent German and proficient English skills, both spoken and written.

• Personal skills: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, independent and structured work style, and strong communication skills.
